We typically set up access to critical accounts about 3 days before a new hire starts. this way they can we things setup like G Suite, Zoom etc. If we use SAML on the accounts, how will they gain access for the first time since their company email isn't setup completely for them

Thank you for reaching Okta today.
In order for end users to gain access to the applications in Okta, their accounts need to be created prior to the starting date.
