"No onboarding created for this user" while filling out general info

When I logged in with Welocalize ID to Okta, there was "No onboarding created for this user" in the page to fill in general information. Did anyone encounter this problem before?

    I've checked internal resources and I was unable to locate any similar reports.  

    That being said, it's unclear what the scenario is here.  

    If you are an end-user attempting to leverage the Welocalize implementation with Okta and are experiencing issues, please reach out your company's or service provider's IT support or Help Desk so they can review the matter and provide further assistance.  

     

    If you are an Okta Admin experiencing issue with the implementation, please open a case to work with one of our Support Engineers to get to the bottom of this.
