I'm new to Okta but have an important HR application I'd like to add. It'll be using SWA but has 3 entry fields: userid / password / last 4 characters of the user's SSN. I don't see any way to accommodate SWA applications with 3 dynamic entry fields. Is there a way?

Thank you for contacting Okta Community! A custom SWA app with three fields is available by adding the "Template Plugin App 3 Fields" app. However, the third field is static and not dynamic. It cannot be customized to have a unique value for each user. At present, this functionality for a custom SWA app is not currently available.
I was able to locate an existing feature request in the help portal so you can upvote, link https://support.okta.com/help/s/idea/0872A000000M2esQAC/detail. Features suggested in our community are reviewed and can be voted and commented on by other members of the community, therefore making it much easier for the engineering team to understand the priorities that you have for feature requests.
