I'm using Okta Identity Engine.
I want to make SWA App for application that needs 3 Fields (ID, Password, Company ID) input and include frame tag.
I know two template that "Template App 3 Fields" and "Template Frame Plugin App", but I couldn't be able to achieve single sign-on with either.
Is there a way to create a SWA App for such an application?

The "Template 3 fields app" would be the way to go for this type of integration, but the Okta Browser Plugin is required, variable login URLs are not supported and not all sites support credential injection.
If you can't get it to work, you might want to reach out to your Okta Account Executive or Custom Success Manager and they can submit a request on behalf of you to have the app integrated if it meets all requirements.
That being said, there would be no SLA as the deployments would be based on the App Integration's team backlog.
