Is there a way to create a separate branch of an Okta instance? I would like to create a structure similar to a forest in Active Directory, where we have an external only instance that can access some of the same resources as our internal one.

Theoretically you could have more Okta orgs connected through the Org2Org connector application.
However , it would be best to submit a ticket to fully understand the scenario.
