Custom authorization server - policy rule setup

I am trying to create rule for policy under my custom authorization server. I was following steps given at https://developer.okta.com/authentication-guide/implementing-authentication/set-up-authz-server*create-rules-for-each-access-policy but my developer account UI to create rule looks different than given screenshots in aforementioned URL. Can someone tell me why ?

    Hello,

I've just tested this on both my Prod and Dev environment and on both of them is looking different than the screenshot from the documentation listed. What I can see more than in the screenshot is the "Grant Type" being added. I would say the only reason is that it's a bit outdated and/or other features are being included in the environments that could grant more granularity. Nothing to worry about, functionality remains the same.
