I'm getting ready to setup gotomeeting but and concerned on how it will work as I have users who share their accounts with others. We also have departments who share a gotomeeting account. Anyone have any insight or tips for this scenario?

When you assign the users to this application you can set the username for each individual users and you can set the same username if you would like for 2 or multiple users.

Thanks Alex, I left out a key detail. Does your answer still work if its a SAML connection? I plan to setup using Saml
