Using Okta to log in to a shared account

I am integrating Zoom with Okta. It works well for users that have their own Zoom account, however in addition to those individual accounts we have a shared account that our customer support team uses for trainings, etc so that all of the recordings are in one place.

Presumably I want to have a Zoom button on the Okta dashboard for users that have their own unique account, and add a second Zoom button on the dashboard called "Zoom support account" that overrides the username, setting it to the username of the shared account? If I were to do this, however while the certificate would be the same the entityID is not.

I can't work with a username rule or mapping because some users need to log in to their own Zoom accounts AND this shared account depending on what they're doing.

Zoom is a good example at the hand, but I have this issue with some other integrations as well.

    Hi Andrew,

Not sure if this is going to answer your question or not but we have 6 separate Zoom accounts that are shared among our users where the username and password is set by the admin and not view-able by the users. I created each Zoom app separately selecting the SWA option. The only caveat to this is your users must be aware that when they sign into one Zoom account they must log out of that Zoom account before clicking on another Zoom account in Okta, otherwise if they don't then they will simply log into the last Zoom account they were logged into regardless.
