An error occurred while provisioning NetSuite

hi,

while trying to add Netsuite to a specific user, i keep getting the following error:

An error occurred while provisioning Netsuite

Automatic provisioning of user <user name> to app NetSuite failed: Failed to check if user <user email> exists on NetSuite - null 

 

i replace the name and the email with the <> segments.

 

there are available users in NetSuite. what am i missing?

    From the look of that error, the issue may be that the user is not getting the correct username value or, perhaps that a user with the same username already exists on the NetSuite side.

     

    I strongly recommend opening up a Customer Support Case for this issue, so that we can better investigate and advise on what the issue may be exactly.

    Hi all,

     

    Problem solved.

    Due to changes in Netsuite administrator's login to Netsuite, I had to create an API integration between OKTA and Netsuite.
