An error occurred while provisioning Mixpanel after I assign user the application

Automatic provisioning of user to app Mixpanel failed: Error while creating user xxxx: Bad Request. Errors reported by remote server: Given email has a domain that has not been claimed Please fix this on the Tasks Page

    Hi! Thanks for reaching out to the community! I have seen this error with other apps (Zoom, etc.) where the email domain of the user being provisioned does not match the domain in use by the app. For instance, say the user is being pushed to the app with user@domain1.com but the app (Mixpanel in this case) has "claimed" or is using say @domain2.com.

     

    Have you validated both of those domains match between user and what is configured in the app? That would be a good place to start! I hope that helps - please reach out with any questions, comments, and any further information you can provide! Thanks!

      do you mean using two different email account? I don't think so, I try to grant from access for the first time.
