Hello,
We have about 90 servive desk employees globally that we want to be able to perform basic administrative tasks. I created a "Helpdesk Admins" group that dynamically populates using a group rule, and it works. However, I can't seem to figure out how to assign administrative roles to users in bulk, and assigning them manually would be extremely time consuming. Is it possible to assign this access to a group or in bulk somehow?
