    Thank you for posting on the Okta community page!

     

    Most probably, the CSV import failed because the login or userID attribute for some of the accounts listed in the file were not the exact same ones as there are in Okta, therefore I would advise to double check that this information is correctly set in the CSV file (check for unwanted backspaces as well since this might cause an import failure). Additionally, if you are using the login attribute, I would also advise to try and use the userID to see if the same behaviour occurs.

     

    Another option, would be to try and capture a HAR file while reproducing the behaviour as more details about the error might be captured there:
