Cause

When Okta attempted to update a specific user, an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error was encountered from the Verkada app because the Verkada SCIM server was unable to fulfill the request to update the user on the application side.

Solution
  1. Contact Verkada Support to determine the cause of the Verkada System for Cross-domain Identity Management (SCIM) server returning an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error and to assist in implementing a resolution.
  2. After resolving the issue on the Verkada side, attempt the user provisioning again. Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under the Tasks section.
  3. After identifying the failed task for the user that should be retried, click Retry Selected.
