Drift Provisioning Error "Internal Server Error. Errors reported by remote server"

Overview
Drift provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user <username> to app Drift failed: Error while creating user <username>: Internal Server Error. Errors reported by remote server

Cause
When Okta tried to create a specific user, this HTTP 500 Internal Server Error was encountered from the Drift app because Drift's SCIM server could not fulfill a request to create the user on the application side.
Solution
- We recommend contacting Drift Support to find out why the Drift SCIM server returned the HTTP 500 Internal Server Error and to assist in implementing a resolution.
- After resolving the issue on the Drift side, attempt the user provisioning again. Go to Okta Admin Console and navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.
3. After identifying the failed task for the user that should be retried, click on Retry Selected.
