Cause
The group push fails because the group does not exist in Showpad, or a change occurred that broke the link used for Push Groups.
Solution
How is the Showpad push group error resolved?
Verify the group configuration in Showpad, contact Showpad Support if necessary, and retry the group push in the Okta Admin Console by following these steps.
- Verify if any changes occurred in Showpad or if the group exists in the Showpad environment.
- Open a support case with Showpad Support to troubleshoot the error if the linked group remains unchanged, the group ID matches, and the group is active in Showpad.
- Navigate to Applications > Showpad > Push Groups in the Okta Admin Console and attempt to push the group again after Showpad resolves the issue.
