Overview
When provisioning to an On-Premises SCIM Server, the following error may be encountered:
The Provisioning Agent call to pushProfileUpdate failed. Error code: 500, error: Internal Server Error. Errors reported by the connector : <h1>Server Error (500)</h1>

Cause
This error is reported by the SCIM Server to the OPP Agent and displayed for troubleshooting purposes within the SCIM Server.
Solution
- Confirm the Token for the OPP Agent is still valid.
- If the Token is valid, this issue will need to be investigated by the Administrator or Service Provider supporting the SCIM Server.
