Overview
Coralogix provisioning flow fails with the following error visible in the Okta dashboard:
Automatic provisioning of user to app Coralogix failed: ErrorCode=500 received from scimUri=<SCIMBaseURL>/scim/Users error=Internal Server Error. Errors reported by remote server: Invalid JSON: Unexpected character ('<' (code 60)): expected a valid value (JSON String, Number, Array, Object or token 'null', 'true' or 'false')

Cause
When Okta tried to create a specific user, this HTTP 500 Internal Server Error was encountered from the Coralogix app because Coralogix's SCIM server could not fulfill a request to create the user on the application side.
Solution
- Contact Coralogix Support to determine the cause of the Coralogix SCIM server returning an HTTP 500 Internal Server Error and assist in implementing a resolution.
- After resolving the issue on the Coralogix side, attempt the user provisioning again.
Access the Okta Admin Console and navigate to Dashboard > Tasks. Any failed assignments should appear under Tasks.
- After identifying the failed task for the user to be retried, click Retry Selected.
