OPP Agent Install Error "Invalid Okta API Token"

Overview
When installing the OPP Agent, the following error is received:
Invalid Okta API Token.
The Okta Provisioning Agent API token shows "Unnamed".

Cause
OPP agent was using a service account that has Read Only Admin permission. A Super Admin role is required to install and configure the OPP agent.
Solution
Install the OPP agent using a Super admin account and click Allow Access to grant permission to access the Okta API.
