Overview
GitHub Enterprise Cloud - Organization fails to provision users with the error.
Automatic provisioning of user [name] to app GitHub Enterprise Cloud - Organization failed: Error while creating user [username]: REMOVED Found. Errors reported by remote server:

Cause
The server error returned is due to the token used for the integration not being valid. This can be due to the token being manually revoked or the account configuring the application is no longer in the GitHub Environment.
Solution
To resolve this error, the application needs to be re-authorized. After that, retry the application assignment tasks.
- Navigate to Applications > GitHub Enterprise Cloud - Organization.
- Select Provisioning (Tab).
- Select Integration.
- Select Re-authenticate with GitHub Enterprise Cloud - Enterprise Access.
- Navigate to Dashboard > Tasks and check if the error is persisting.
- If the error is still present, contact GitHub support.
