Recently HUD has made the use of Okta Verify a requirement, however when we attempt to configure the Okta Verify mobile app, it is forcing the use of biometrics. Logic would suggest this is forced by how HUD configured their tenant, but we wanted to check if any other known issues my cause this behavior?
