Are there any specific instructions on how to request demo Okta's CIAM tenant?

To request a demo CIAM tenant, you should contact Okta's Sales team or your Account Executive directly, as demo and trial environments are provisioned on a case-by-case basis depending on your organization's needs and use case.
- Contact Okta Sales — Visit https://www.okta.com/contact-sales/ to reach the Okta Sales team. Provide details about your organization, your CIAM use case, and what you plan to evaluate.
- Reach out to your Account Executive — If your organization already has an Okta relationship, contact your assigned Account Executive. They can expedite the provisioning of a demo or trial CIAM tenant and configure it to match your requirements.
- Specify your use case — When requesting, clearly describe whether you need a CIAM tenant for customer authentication, B2B scenarios, or other specific identity use cases. This helps Okta provision the appropriate environment and features.
Demo and trial tenants are not self-service provisioned through the standard signup flow; they require coordination with Okta's Sales or Account Management teams to ensure the environment is properly configured for your evaluation needs.
