Hi! Good Day!
There's this weird issue that I've encountered with a Windows user, wherein after the user entered her credentials and PIN, it just got stuck on the page where its showing Open Okta Verify, and nothing happens even if we click again that option. We tried removing and re-adding the acct in OV app but still the same. We even tried a fresh install of OV app but still the same behavior. What's even weird is that, the user was able to get past the password but checking the Okta admin logs it shows INVALID_CREDENTIALS. We also checked the Okta Verify event viewer logs and this one in particular keeps on showing up:
"AccountStateManager.InvokeTaskWithTracking: API error code InvalidToken detected on account"
and this one too "Call to https://<domain>/api/v1/authenticators failed with Unauthorized".

Based on similar reports that I've seen, the issue is caused by time skew on the affected device.
You need to force a time sync on the affected Windows workstation.
