Hello @SreedharK.30065 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

This is expected behaviour as all Admins require MFA to be able to login into the Admin center.

At this time however, Free trial/Developer/Integrator do not have access to Support to receive assistance with this issue. Therefore, Okta is unable to access or reset your password or MFA.

You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account.

Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!
