Unable to log into my deactivated Okta Integrator account however cannot sign up for a new one because Okta says it still exists with my email
I received this email:
Hi Tyler,If you want to continue using your Okta free integrator plan, please sign in. If you don't sign in within the next 7 days, your plan may be deactivated.Sign In [integrator-1828901.okta.com]
However I saw it 9 days later.
I did try to sign into the account but it let me know that it's deactivated.
No worries, I'll just sign up for a new integrator account.
However when I go to https://developer.okta.com/signup/ and try to use the same email I get: "An Okta Integrator Free Plan org already exists for the email provided".
Unfortunately I cannot use my personal email address with regards to what I need to accomplish.
My work only offers a single email address now, no aliases.
Suggestions?

Updating this response for ease of access and reference:
Administrators attempting to create a new Okta Integrator Free Plan account using an email address from a deactivated account encounter an error. The deactivated organization permanently retains the email address, preventing reuse. To resolve this, administrators must use a different email address or an email alias to register for a new account.

Applies To
Cause
The deactivated Okta Integrator Free Plan permanently retains the association with the original email address. Okta prevents the creation of multiple developer accounts using the exact same email address.
Solution
How do administrators create a new Okta Integrator account after deactivation?
Okta does not support reusing an email address from a deactivated Integrator Free Plan. To create a new account, administrators must register using a completely different email address or an email alias. If an alternative email address or alias is unavailable, creating a new developer account is impossible.
Summary
Register for a new Okta Integrator account using a different email address or alias when a deactivated account already uses the original email.
Regards.
