Lockedout 403 - account lockout

Hi,

 

I have locked myself out of my account while playing with Authentication policies. Now, getting 403 when trying to login. How do i reset it and get account access abck

    It depends on the type of Okta org you currently have. If you have a Free developer/Integrator/Free trial, at this time this type of account does not have access to Support.

    You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account. We encourage you to save the credentials to ensure access in the future. 

     

    If you have a Paid service, you can reach out to your CSM/Account Executive. If you do not know who that person is, please send us an email at community@okta.com with your org details.

    I also unaware of my account ID as it needs me to signin with Admin Creds
