  • Hello @KevinM.41565 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!

We understand that you require assistance with account recovery. Free trial/Developer account credentials or MFA cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the primary account administrator. Therefore, Okta is unable to provide assistance with this issue.

    Please also see: https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/recovery-steps-in-case-of-developer-edition-org-admin-account-lockout-post-mfa-enforcement?language=en_US

You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account.

Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.

Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

So what happens when I am the primary account administrator?

    • Hello @KevinM.41565 (Customer)  Unfortunately there is nothing we can do from our side.

You can create a new Integrator account if you are unable to login.
