OKTA Identity Governance Reporting
I want to filter user accounts in Okta based on HR attributes such as Department, Org Level 1–3, and other HR‑populated fields. I also need to identify orphaned contractors who do not have a manager assigned.
However, under Reports → Entitlements and Access → User Accounts, the available filters are limited to Username, Status, Primary Email and Full Name.
How can I generate reports that include the attributes mentioned above?

I would recommend to use the Rockstar add-on for Okta. With this tool you will be able to pull reports on all available user attributes and you can select the ones that you need.
