Hello, I would like to know if it's possible to reopen an Request from the Access Request Menu. When I submit an Access Request from the Okta Dashboard and the request is processed and closed I have an error when I try to reopen it with an admin account (Error : "Use case category does not allow request status to be changed manually"). It this error generic to all requests of Access Request V2 or is it only for specific cases ?

@GhaliH.38210 (Customer) - You are not able to re-open Resource Centric Access Requests (RCAR) created requests once they are Resolved. The error is expected. If you open the request in the UI and view the "Resolved" in the upper-right corner there is no "reopen" option.
From the point in the UI where you are trying to reopen both V1 and V2 (RCAR) requests are listed.
I suggest making an Okta Idea if you want to see this behavior change. It is currently working as expected/intended.
