Configured a custom domain for my brand (Okta Integrator account) and the status still shows pending. I checked the TXT verification @ dnschecker.org and did a "dig" for the TXT record for my domain okta.cloudjanitor.net and checked the CNAME entry as well. The Status still equals Pending when it was once Active. I deleted it and redid the custom domain and DNS records and still nothing changes. Any help would be appreciated.

If this is on one of the "older" integrator accounts, the issue might be similar to what is being discussed in this post.
In essence, there seems to be something wrong with the sessions/permissions there. Unfortunately, they are outside of support scope and there's nothing that can be done for an in-depth investigation.
My advice would be to sign up for a New Integrator Free Plan Sign up is free, using the method mentioned at step 2 in this article.
