Issues with Custom Domain Federation Setup
We are currently facing some issues while trying to configure federation with a custom domain in our environment.
To replicate the customer scenario, we would need to register a custom domain on Okta, different from our corporate Entra ID tenant (mermec.it).
We attempted to register the mermec.it tenant on Okta, but the registration status remains stuck in pending. We are unable to determine the reason for this.
At this point, we cannot proceed with the federation setup and related testing. Could you please provide guidance on why the domain registration remains pending, and how we can properly configure federation using a custom domain?
