Hello. I am in the IT department and an Administrator in our Okta environment. I have the Okta Verify app installed and configured on my Android phone, but the app keeps crashing (or not responding to anything when it is launched... just a white screen). It will not do this immediately after the phone is restarted, but after a couple of days (I haven't really recorded the exact timeframe, but I know it is NOT immediate) , the app will act stupid and not load, meaning that I cannot verify my identity with the Okta Verify app. The only way to get to "work" again is to restart the phone itself. I have also actually uninstalled the Okta Verify app, re-installed the Okta Verify app, and re-configured my Okta account on this app. But nothing seems to truly fix it. I have also checked my Date and Time settings, and the "Automatic date and time" setting is enabled, and the "Automatic time zone" setting is also enabled. Restarting the phone is not an actual solution, and it is somewhat frustrating of an issue as IT Support.
Anything to check or do to actually fix this issue?

I haven't seen any other recent reports of issues with the latest Android version, so I would recommend checking that you have the latest app version, running on a supported OS version.
Beyond that make sure that all permissions are enabled for it, as well check for any potential connectivity issue (switch from carrier to Wifi / VPN or vice versa) to see if the behavior changes.
If the issue persists, please submit a bug report via in app "Send Feedback" option so logs are sent our way and have your team open a case on your behalf, so that our colleagues from the Support Team can pull those logs and perform an in-depth investigation for a potential cause.
