Issue with configuring AD integration after successful AD agent installation

Hey team I'm encountering an issue where when installing the ad integration I'm unable to get passed the "Agent Installed" page in the directory integration page.

The agent is installed successfully and the service is running but I'm unable to configure the AD integration.

AD agent logs show the service started successfully without any failures.

 

Any thoughts on what may be preventing me from proceeding with the configuration?
