My ad agent is successfully installed on the AD, but the page that I downloaded the agent from is stuck waiting for the agent to inform it that its running. I've rebooted the AD server, made sure the Okta service user has the correct AD Domain Admin privileges. Everything is looking good. How do I get past this?

Things to check/verify:
Is port 443 open between your server and your Okta tenant?
Can your server support TLS 1.2?
Is there a proxy server between your server and the internet?
