I misconfigured the Enrollment Policy and disabled the Password authenticator for all users,
including the Super Admin. Since the admin is not enrolled in Okta Verify, MFA is being enforced
and I cannot sign in.
Please reset my authentication policies or re-enable Password authentication for my org.

We understand that you require assistance with account recovery. Free trial/Developer account credentials or MFA cannot be accessed by anyone outside of the primary account administrator. Therefore, Okta is unable to access or reset your username and password or MFA.

You may, however, create a new free trial/Developer account. We encourage you to save the credentials to ensure access in the future.
