Okta Professional Certificate Need urgent help

I am writing to explain why I was unable to complete my scheduled exam. During the exam setup process through Examity, I was not prompted to upload a profile picture. As a result, when I attempted to take the exam, my access was denied due to the missing photo requirement.

This situation was not due to negligence on my part, but rather because the system did not request the profile picture during registration. I kindly request your assistance in resolving this matter, either by rescheduling my exam or providing guidance on how I can fulfill the requirement properly.
