HenryH.98133 (Customer) asked a question.

Cannot access Support portal as a super admin. How can I get support if i cannot access the portal?

I am a super admin for my org, but cannot get help to access the support portal. I reached out to our rep a few times with no success. support@okta.com no longer works.

 

 

Any help please.

    Please note that free trial/developer/integrator accounts are outside of support ticket scope.  

     

    If you have a paid production/developer account with us, and you are experiencing issues with the open case option via the site, please call the support line directly (Customer Support Account ID number required) so our Okta Support colleagues can review the matter. If for whatever reason that does not work for you, please email us at community@okta.com with your details and  we can try to open a support ticket for you.
