AndreaG.01341 (Customer) asked a question.

Error message "This developer org has been deactivated."

Since today I got the below error message:

"This developer org has been deactivated. If you need access or have questions, please contact your org admin."

I just created a new account (Integrator Free Plan).

Is there a way to restore the old profile settings (ex. Applications)?

Could anyone help me to achieve it?

Thanks in advance for your time.

Best Regards

Hello @AndreaG.01341 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.

Since February 2025, customers have been notified via an in-product notification banner in the developer org regarding this change event, which started in July.

As mentioned in the developer blog Changes Are Coming to the Okta Developer Edition Organizations, orgs will need to be migrated to Integrator Free Plan.

If the org has been deactivated as part of the change the following steps are available:

    1. If you already have a different paid account with us, please use it to log in to the Okta Help Center and open a ticket with the support team to discuss options.

    2. If you are an Independent Software Vendor (ISV) with an app in the Okta Integration Network (OIN):

    3. If you do not have a paid account with us:

Please keep in mind that opening a support ticket is a feature available only to paid accounts. If you do not have a paid account, but are interested in upgrading, you can contact our Sales team

    Thank you for your understanding.

    Regards.
