I disabled the notification "New sign-on" following this steps, but users are still getting the email, is there other setting that could be triggering this notification?
- In the Admin Console, go to Security > General.
- Under Security Notification Emails, click Edit.
- Set New sign-on notification email to Disabled

I would recommend double-checking the origin of the email as I've seen seen situations where a company has multiple orgs with the same users in them and the automatically sent emails can look rather similar.
Another thing to look out for, is that you click "Save" after selecting "Disabled" from the drop-down. (not trying to be condescending, just speaking from personal experience 😅 )
