I do not have my old phone with me and am unable to login to my Okta integrator account anymore as I do not have the Okta Verify code on my new phone. I have an integrator account that was set up sometime back. Is there a way to setup Okta Verify on the new phone when I no longer have access to old phone? Thanks!

Free trial/integrator are only recoverable via self-service provided that you have configured the appropriate policies and backup accounts.
These type of accounts fall outside of the scope of support. At best you can submit a request via this form for data deletion if needed. Our team would not be able to provide an ETA as this is outside of our purview.
My advice would be to sign up for a New Integrator Free Plan Sign up is free, using the method mentioned at step 2 in this article.
Also please note that if you have a Paid Service with Okta, you can open a case with support for additional assistance.
