A year ago I created this user through Okta, the same user was created in GWS and Okta, but it has this error, how do I resolve this error and not have any impact on the user?

Error text:
An error occured while assigning this app.
Automatic provisioning of user [redacted] to app Google Workspace failed:
Failed to verify that the user exists. You are trying to provision a user with Primary Email [redacted], but there's already an existing user with the same email alias.

Hello @Cau√£C.82690 (Customer) , thank you for contacting Okta Community.
The error message you see is caused by an email address already in use. Make sure your users have different email aliases.
Google Provisioning Error "Failed to verify that the user exists"
If there is an account in your company's Google Workspace with this alias, and it is not linked to the user in Okta, you can try to delete the account from the Google Workspace. Afterward, reassign the Google Workspace app to the user in Okta.
If you have two separate users with the same email, you can try to modify one of them. Even a small change can help differentiate the accounts. A few options could be: firstnamelastname, firstname.lastname, initiallastname, initial.lastname, firstname.initial.lastname, etc.
Regards.

I understand, but this user has already been created, and everything is fine, but it has this error
@Cau√£C.82690 (Customer) , I recommend that you open a Support ticket (Customer Support Account ID number required) so one of our engineers can analyze it and provide in-depth troubleshooting. You could also provide more details in a ticket that shouldn’t be given here, as this is a public space.
Please note that opening a support ticket is a feature available only to paid accounts. If you do not have a paid account, but are interested in upgrading, you can contact our Sales team.
Regards.

Sometimes if you (first turn off Deactivate in the GWS app in Okta) remove the user from the GWS app in Okta, then do an import, you can assign the user from the Import screen and that may resolve it.
possibly a stale error. try unassigning and re-assigning the user to the app to see if it clears. okta checks to see if the user exists first based on the okta username format of the app. its possible that somehow theres a mismatch between whats being queried in that request vs whats attempting to be created
