Admin account locked due to lost phone (MFA)

Hello,

 

Our administrator lost his phone and cannot access the Okta Admin Console due to MFA (Okta Verify Push/Code).

Unfortunately, he is the only super administrator currently available.

We urgently need assistance to reset his MFA or provide an alternative access method.
