Hello,
I’m Pranav Vadapally.
I’m writing to inform you that I have my Okta Professional Certification exam scheduled for 9:30 PM IST on August 6, 2024 (in about an hour). However, I’m currently unable to access the exam portal — when I click the login URL, I receive a 502 Bad Gateway error.
I contacted Examity support regarding this issue, and they informed me that the problem appears to be with the Okta website itself. I also tried calling Okta directly, but unfortunately, no associate was available to take the call. I’m being redirected to after attempting to continue. This is quite concerning as I’ve paid $250 for the exam, and I do not want this opportunity to go to waste.
Could you please advise on how to proceed as soon as possible?
