RobinM.89883 (Customer) asked a question.
Right now I am starting to explore the Desktop MFA App and the SSO features of Okta and I was wondering where and how this is best implemented.
The Desktop MFA App states it is capable of Single Sing-On but how and what exactly would it do.
At the moment I am having troubles finding Documentation and understanding the usecases and if there are ways to utilize SSO outside of browser Applications.

I would recommend asking your Okta representative for a demo to understand how it works in detail, however SSO from Desktop MFA would mean that when you authenticate to you device the session is persisted to your browser/SaaS applications. That is of course if you configure it that way. Since you are authenticating with Okta at the Desktop, if you meet the requirements to authenticate to your Okta dashboard/SaaS Applications at the desktop, you will achieve SSO.
Hope that helps!
