Dear All,
I face this issue while enabling desktop MFA even I have enabled interaction code
This feature isn't enabled
Please contact your administrator to have this feature enabled.
Please anyone guide.

I ran into this issue some time back you will have to reach out to your okta support team. if you are on a free ,trial, or developer instance from what I can tell it is not possible to get the feature enabled. Attached a similar question for reference.
