On Windows 11, after astrill (www.astrill.com) installed, the okta application cannot launch anymore. When click the okta icon, nothing happesn. An okta process showed in the task manager, and died a few seconds later.

If you are an Okta Admin, please open a case to work on this directly with our Okta Support Team .
If you are not an admin, please report the matter to your internal IT support/Help Desk and they will be able to contact the Support team for further investigation.
As far as I can see, Astrill is a VPN service and if interferes with the Okta app's capability to connect to services, you will need to make changes in your environment to all traffic.
