Hello,
I’m experiencing an issue where Okta Verify consistently freezes at the “Adding account…” step on a particular Windows 11 machine.
・The same Okta account works fine on other Windows PCs.
・I’ve already tried the following steps:
-TPM reset (confirmed TPM is present and ready)
-Reinstalling Okta Verify
-Creating and testing on a local user account
-Clean Windows install with only Okta Verify installed
-Ensuring correct Okta admin settings
・Logs are empty, and the setup never completes
・No network or security restrictions on the device
・BIOS settings seem unrelated, and the TPM status is healthy
I suspect there may be a device-specific issue or compatibility problem, but I have exhausted most known solutions. Is there any known cause or workaround for this behavior?
I am a user based in Japan, in case this might be relevant to regional configurations.

I've seen something similar being reported in relation to the following information:
"Okta Verify Desktop Registration Fails"
It might be worth taking a look.
Beyond that, I recommend opening a case to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to investigate this further, If you have an account with us and are a SuperAdmin/Case Admin. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.
