Unable to open a support ticket
Is anyone else having issues opening a support ticket with okta? Instead of saying submit ticket on the ticket page it just says cancel case

Please review the mandatory fields in the case submission form and confirm if all the information has been filled. The "open case" option should become visible once the information has been added, but please let me know if your experience is different.

That's the issue - all relevant and mandatory fields are filled in, but there is no Create Case or Submit button at all.

Acknowledged. I was able to circle back to the Support team and confirmed there seems to be an issue with it. An internal ticket has been opened and the team is working on a fix.

I'm having the same issue and received an auto-reply from support@okta.com that you can't open a case using that address anymore.

As mentioned the issue is currently being handled by the Okta Support team.
In the meantime, I've forwarded your request that came in via community@okta.com to them.
As for the support@okta.com address, this has been deprecated for a while now.
