MS Dynamic 365 not launching/logging in.

I have configured office 356 successfully but the only application that is not logging in is MS Dynamic 365. Instead of going to MS Dynamics, it goes to this URL : https://m365.cloud.microsoft/apps?wa=wsignin1.0&auth=2 .

I followed this KB below but it's still not working.

Anyone had encounter this issue?

    Hi @JayO.32616 (Customer)​ , Thank you for reaching out to the Okta Community! 

     

    Try going through the steps mentioned in the article but using an incognito window or a different browser to rule out any cookie/session issues.

    Try checking to see if this is the case for both SP/IDP initiated login attempts.  

     

    If you continue experiencing this issue and have an account with us and are a SuperAdmin/Case Admin, please open a case to work with my colleagues from the Support Team to investigate this further. They'll be able to access additional tools and resources to help you get to the bottom of it.  

       

    I've checked on our side and I'm not seeing any recent changes made to the general app integration. 

    I've also checked for any other reports of this kind and have not found any, but if this is a general issue it could be that you are the first to report it.

      I'm sorry to hear that the issue is ongoing.
