Looking for information and troubleshooting pertaining to the Okta Verify app no longer opening on a mobile device post version upgrade. The apps newest version (8.8) is not working properly and failing to open at all on the mobile device. I've attempted clearing cache, app data, deleting and reinstalling with no luck. In looking at the apps comment section in the Play Store, this appears to be a global issue. I'm not able to open a support ticket so hoping someone here can point me in the right direction. Please let me know if more detail is needed.

If your organization has an account with us, please reach out to your Okta Admin. They will be able to open a support ticket and work with the Okta Support Team to gather the required data and troubleshoot.
