Okta is configured for "Users share a single username and password set by administrator" and I'm expecting it to automatically populate the username and password field but it's not doing that. When I go to the Okta dashboard and click on the Zoom app, the Zoom sign-in page loads. Why isn't the username field being automatically filled?
The person who reported this to me says that this used to work but it's not working now. I've tried this in multiple browsers.

Hello @CommunityI.88681 (Customer) Thank you for posting on our Community page!
If this issue is happening for everyone assigned to the app and it used to work, then it would indicate that something changed on the Zoom site where the Okta plugin is unable to inject the credentials.
Does the application work with any other setting? aka users use their own username and password?
If that does not work as well then you can try with a custom template app:
https://support.okta.com/help/s/article/How-to-create-a-custom-SWA-application-if-the-AIW-does-not-work?language=en_US
Of you can open a case with Support and work with them to get the application fixed.
Thank you for reaching out to our Community and have a great day!

Yes, when we sign in manually with any account it's working. We just need the shared credentials to auto-populate so that end-users don't need to know it.
Here's how the field appears if we Inspect.
Here's how our app is set up.
